You have started your journey with mindfulness and now you are wondering what the next step is. Your curiosity has been sparked because you now feel a little calmer and a little more aware of how your thoughts influence the way you feel. You have experienced mindfulness in action. Congratulations!
But what now? Because life is busy, it is difficult for you to put a daily practice in place. You also struggle to focus your mind because it is so busy.
You also wonder if you will have the willpower to continue to practice. You would love to explore this further but you need support.

Introducing Mindfulness- The Next Step
In this four hour course, I will support you to take the next step to anchor mindfulness into your life. In this course you will:
Presence and Awareness
In this class, you will practice mindfulness in action. You will be taught tools to bring the mind back to the present. We will also explore what awareness is and practice coming into this way of being.
Felt Sense/Body Mind
In this class you will explore the breath as a powerful tool to assist you to practice mindfulness.
You will explore how the breath calms the mind and can assist with the release of stuck energy in the body.
You will also explore how you can influence the mind and body by consciously working with the breath.
In this class we will explore radical acceptance and the willingness to explore ourselves and life exactly as it is. We will explore how to hold space for the self and others in real life situations.
How do we apply Mindfulness when we are dealing with conflict or adversity. In this class we will explore how we put Mindfulness into practice when life challenges us.
