Join a group of dedicated mindfulness practitioners in these weekly classes. Teagan has been teaching yoga & meditation for over 16 years and understands how to assist students to access this wonderful tool at a deep level.
The focus of these classes is moving from the gross to the subtle. We start with gentle yoga practice to focus the mind, then we finish with a 15 minute seated meditation. We also focus on an intention each week to help you to shift and change your experience of life.
